Training includes five consecutive days:

As a trainee, you have the option to participate in the three group programmes The Polished Global Professional, Styled for Success and International Business Success, which would allow you to participate as a delegate whilst simultaneously gaining firsthand experience similar to an internship; learning directly from the expert instructors as well as experiencing interaction with the other participants. Additionally, you will receive training in four advanced business etiquette and business image programmes, receive comprehensive cross-cultural insights covering business etiquette in Asia, the Middle East, Central and Eastern Europe, and access to cross-cultural etiquette information for more than 180 countries.



You will receive tuition in the history and development of business etiquette. This will set the parameters for the independent topics that follow, opening your mind and challenging your perceptions.



The programme includes comprehensive training in setting up and running your business from A to Z, including sound tips and tactics for business development, marketing strategy, public relations and business planning that will support your business success.
